I have had a poster on my wall for years.  Trust God.  Trust Yourself.  And Do the Dishes.  This basically means that I need to remember to trust God to know what is best for me.  Then I need to remember to trust myself over other people’s version of my reality.  I know what I can do and what I can not do.  I can say no.  And then, I need to move forward.  Do what is in front of me.  Do the next step.  In my house, the next step is usually the dishes.  I hope you enjoy this poster, Trust God Take The Next Step.  The thought of stepping out on the bridge makes me wonder how I could ever trust God enough to move.  And maybe my next step is much easier than that.  Or maybe not.
